Sound Safety podcasts are women's self-defense stories. Most are great successes, a few have not-so-happy endings. They all are a gift, and illuminate basic safety principles you can use. Women sharing their stories encourage and empower women to take action, to keep ourselves safer. All are true, but some details may been changed to preserve confidentiality.
